These Terms of Service apply to the Cuite Rainbow Mart website and to purchases made from Cuite Rainbow Mart.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order independently.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate.

Product colours may appear differently depending on device settings. Packaging may occasionally change without affecting the product’s principal characteristics.

If a material product error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund.

4. Dropshipping and Fulfilment

We work with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Products may be dispatched directly from a supplier and may originate from different fulfilment locations.

Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Your purchase contract remains with Cuite Rainbow LTD. Our use of a supplier or fulfilment partner does not remove our obligations to you.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before an order is submitted, where required.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us.

An automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the product or otherwise clearly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable;

• Payment is not authorised;

• Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;

• Delivery restrictions apply;

• Customer information is materially incomplete or inaccurate; or

• There is an obvious pricing or product-listing error.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is fulfilled.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or another third-party payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking and fulfilment information are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service is expressly agreed.

Risk of loss generally passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer, subject to applicable law.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Eligible online consumers may normally cancel within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to legally recognised exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed products.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Must be used within the stated period;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;

• May be limited to specified products or customers;

• Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated; and

• May be withdrawn where fraud, misuse or a technical error is reasonably suspected.

Promotions do not reduce statutory consumer rights.

11. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account passwords and login details confidential.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or security concerns.

12. Acceptable Use
